No Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Payments:
All payments made to REDD for services are non-refundable. This includes payments for individual sessions, service packages, production work, or any associated fees.
Commitment to Quality:
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience any issues, please contact us directly so we can address your concerns and work toward a resolution.
No-Show Policy:
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will forfeit the session without refund or the option to reschedule.
Payment Policy
Payment Methods:
We accept major credit/debit cards and electronic payment platforms. "Book Now, Pay Later" options are available through third-party services like AfterPay (subject to approval).
Payment Terms:
Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm and reserve your session.
Late Payments:
Failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation of your session. Continued access to services depends on timely and complete payments.
Session Conduct Policy
Punctuality:
All sessions begin and end as scheduled. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund.
Professional Behavior:
We require respectful and professional conduct during all sessions. Harassment, verbal abuse, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
Technical Requirements:
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their equipment (including internet, hardware, and software) is functioning properly before a remote session. We are not responsible for client-side technical issues.
Intellectual Property Policy

Clients retain full ownership of all original content they bring to or create during sessions, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Usage Rights:
We may occasionally request to use clips or snippets from sessions for promotional purposes, but only with your explicit written consent.

We treat all client projects with strict confidentiality. Your work will never be shared, published, or discussed externally without your permission.
Service Limitation Policy
Scope of Services:
Our services include but are not limited to music production, mixing, mastering, and artist development consulting. Services outside of this scope will only be provided with prior written agreement.
Service Availability:
All services are offered based on availability. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule sessions due to capacity limitations.
Modifications to Services:
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue services at our discretion. Reasonable notice will be provided in the event of significant changes affecting your booked services.
